Welcome to loQsea.com Supermaket Delivery. It is very important to read the Terms and Conditions before using the Website ("Site"). This contract is an agreement between loQsea (loQsea.com) and you, where we stipulate the terms and conditions for using this site and the services of loQsea.com. The use of the site and services of loQsea.com constitute an agreement with the terms and conditions on this contract. If you disagree with some or all of the terms and conditions described below, please do not use this site and/or the services of loQsea.com.
By accessing the site you confirm that you are an adult (18 years) and have the power and authority to be part of this contract and meet its obligations.

Total Warranty

All our products and services are protected by a policy of ensuring 100% of customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us within the first 24 hours after receiving your order through our Whatsapp/SMS 984 8043872, Chat, or our email servicio@loqsea.com; we are committed to completely satisfy you!
Keep your product/s as it may be the case that we will ask you to return the product/s before processing a return.

Order
  • You can order 24/7 and up to 4 weeks before the delivery date.
  • You can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before the delivery schedule, if you notify our costumer service team through our Whatsapp / SMS 984 8043872, Chat, or our e-mail servicio@loqsea.com. In both cases you will be responsible for ensuring that the team has received your message either through a confirmation e-mail or verbally. Although we will endeavor, for logistical reasons, loQsea.com can not guarantee that changes received after the time required will be applied. In such cases we reserve the right to accept them.
  • If the change or cancellation is accepted, you will receive an update of your order via e-mail or you can see it once logged into your account.
  • If the change is denied, the customer will be required to complete the purchase process as stipulated in the order confirmation. If we need to reschedule the delivery, loQsea.com will charge an extra delivery cost + 10% product handeling fee. Should you refuse to accept the order and you already paid it, loQsea.com will charge the delivery cost + 25% for restocking fee. If the order has not been paid, loQsea.com reserves the right to delete your user account and restrict your use of the Site and company services.
  • In loQsea.com we will do everything in our hand to satisfy you, and although we are committed to constantly increase the amount of our inventory, we understand that there might be the possibility that you won´t find a specific product in our catalog. In these cases we invite you to add any product by accessing the link "Are you missing a product? Click Here." located in the upper and lower part of all product pages. Once we have the article, we will update your order.
  • In the rare situation that one or more products were not located in our inventory, we will include you a similar product. You will always have the option not to accept the chosen product/s. In case you already paid the total amount of the purchase beforehand, and decide not to accept them, we will proceed to refund the cost of said articles with loQsea Points or through the same way your payment was made.
  • We are human, and definitely not error-proof. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or it's incomplete, please contact immediately our Customer Service team via our Whatsapp/SMS 984 8043872, Chat, or our email servicio@loqsea.com.
  • To receive any order you must live in an apartment/house, or must be staying in a Hotel/Condo-Hotel and be present at the receiver. Starting with the second order you will have the option to leave another person responsible for receiving the order, in any case he/she automatically becomes governed by these terms and conditions. After your second purchase, anyone receiving the other is presumed to be authorized to to do so. If no one is at home the time of delivery, we will do our best to contact you. If not possible and the order is already paid, loQsea.com will charge the shipping cost 25% for restocking cost. If the order has not been paid, loQsea.com reserves the right to delete the user account and restrict your use of the Site and company services.
  • In an effort to meet the timelines for our customers, dispatchers can not stay while you inspect all the merchandise. You can check your order in the "Order" section of your user account, "My Order" at the bottom right of the web page, or by accessing the following link. If there were any missing items or have any questions, please immediately contact our Customer Service team via our Whatsapp/SMS 984 8043872, Chat, or our email servicio@loqsea.com, we will do everything in our hands to fix it as soon as possible.
  • Situations of force majeure, bad weather, road accidents, strikes, power failure, breakdown in our transportation, among others, could cause delays, suspend some time slots or delivery days. In any case our Customer Service team will contact you by email or phone call to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.
  • Although our team of dispatchers is authorized to receive tips, in no way you should feel obliged to give it, other than if you feel that the service exceeded you expectations. Another way to thank the service received is by sending an email with a brief comment and name/s of the person who exceeded your expectations to our Customer Service team (servicio@loQsea.com) or in our Facebook page.

  • You order from our website, we prepare it and deliver it to your home.
  • There is no minimum or maximum allowed products.
  • Available 24 hours.

Through Whatsapp:

  • You order via Whatsapp, we prepare it and deliver it to your home.
  • Maximum of 20 products per order.
  • Only available for pre-registered customers.
  • Before calling please have the following information available:
    • Full name: (make sure it is the same with which you registered)
    • Delivery address: (if other than the one registered)
    • Delivery Type: (ex. Eco)
    • Hours: (ex. 10am, 11am, 5pm, 6pm, 8pm, 9pm)

  • Available from 8am to 8pm.
Delivery Types

Local:

  • You choose the date and time (10am - 10pm) for the delivery
  • Available for free shipping.

If the order has already been paid in full and there is a difference with the price, you will be refunded the same way you paid.

Alcohol Service
  • Alcoholic beverages are subject to a 15% surcharge in the cost of the product.
  • loQsea.com offers only the delivery service, since we do not have a warehouse or storage facilities. Articles are procured by a variety of vendors, including but not limited to: Chedraui, Comercial Mexicana, Walmart, La Europea, GoMart, and La Cava del Duero.

Payment and Data Protection
  • Through loQsea.com you have the option to pay online with any credit/debit card Visa and MasterCard, or through PayPal. Additionally, we give you the option to pay cash upon delivery or by using one of the terminals that our dispatchers carry.
  • When paying cash please always indicate how much change is needed, so that we can give you the most efficient service.
  • When paying with your debit/credit card, you will be protected by our Secure Sockets Layer certificate (SSL) of 256-bit (the highest currently). Your financial data, user registration, web access and intranet will also be protected.
