Patacon Pepiado

Green plantains toast filled with special chicken saldad with avocado and Manchego cheese, on top of organic lettuce. Tostones (from de Spanish verb "tostar" wich means "to toast") or patacones are a popular side dish in many Latin American countries. The dish is made from sliced green (unripe) plantains and served as a sandwich with thin, fried plantains subbing for a bread. It's stuffed with all kind of ingredients, lettuce and sauce.
